What counts as an agent?
An agent is a member of your team who works tickets — the people inside it-desk.co handling support. Internal IT plans are priced by agent count; client end-users who submit tickets don't count as agents.
Can I switch plans or billing cycles later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and yearly anytime from the in-app billing portal. Changes are prorated by Stripe.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no setup fee. You only pay when you choose a plan and subscribe.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Nothing automatic — there's no card on file. When you're ready, pick a plan and subscribe to keep your workspace and data. If you don't, the workspace simply pauses.
How does MSP billing work?
The MSP plan is a single flat subscription that unlocks unlimited client companies with per-client isolation, branding, and the cross-client P&L view. You don't pay per client company.
Which currencies do you support?
Subscriptions are billed in USD via Stripe. Inside the product you can track client P&L in multiple currencies for your own reporting.
