Where does the platform run?
On Microsoft Azure, with Entra ID for sign-in and Azure SQL for storage. Payments are processed by Stripe, so card details never reach our infrastructure.
How do MSP client workspaces stay separate?
On the MSP plan each client company is its own isolated workspace with its own branding. You get a cross-client view for oversight, but each client's data stays ring-fenced from the others.
Do you sell or share my data?
No. We never sell your data. It's used only to operate the service for you, and you can request export or deletion at any time.
